With the AT60 All Terrain, you also get a uniquely powerful combination of rotational torque, thrust and pullback, plus intuitive carve mode and many other features requested specifically by customers.

Features may include:

• All Terrain technology enables enhanced rock drilling at a low fluid level, decreasing overall jobsite waste, minimizing cleanup and reducing environmental impact. The inner pipe works as a mechanical motor, driving the bit during the bore. The outer pipe thrusts the bit forward while steering the drill shaft. During backreaming, the outer pipe transmits full machine torque downhole.

• 200-gross-hp (149-kW) Tier 4 Cummins 60,000 lb (267 kN) thrust and pullback with 9,000 ft·lb (12240 N·m) rotational torque—the powerful combination you need for outstanding productivity on big installation jobs.

• Heavy-duty, planetary-driven anchor system enables you to use full machine thrust when needed, improving jobsite productivity. Two-speed thrust drive motors provide exceptional low-speed drilling control as well as the ability to reach the high speeds necessary for rapidly loading drill pipes.

• Dual rear independent stabilizers give you the confidence to set up on uneven terrain. Wireless operation system provides you remote control of ground drive, stabilizers, dual pivot and stake down functionality allowing for more efficient jobsite setup. Easy to service, with all daily maintenance points in one location that are easily accessed through removable doors.

• Dual-pivot drill frame allows steep entry angles without raising the tracks off the ground. Operator’s station features an ergonomic seat, color LCD engine display, excellent visibility, and an intuitive joystick that controls all drilling functions. Open-top vise wrenches are angled toward the operator for an excellent view of the tool joint.
